Todd Warner of Howard is Clinton County's veterans affairs director.

The position is very important as the office serves many veterans in the county.
they also help families off veterans and that often is taken for granted.
There are families behind our wonderful former active duty military.
They sacrifice too and need help.
Warner and staff will help with benefits, help coordinate rides for veterans who need such services, and more.
They help verify a person's military service -- again, a service to families, too.
It's worth repeating here again: Warner retired as a Colonel from the Army Reserve after 30 years' service. He has served around overseas, including Central America, Desert Shield and Desert Storm along with 18 months in the Pentagon during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
