Rise in virus cases locally disappointing

Please be on guard out there as our region sees an uptick in COVID virus cases. Sadly, Clinton County has been labeled a hot spot by the state Health Department-CDC as they track cases. Centre and Lycoming counties are not faring very well, either. Why? Mostly because not enough people are vaccinated. Say what you want. A lasting tribute reminds us of the power of love

Chris Johnson obviously was a great guy. A Renovo native and great citizen who served his country in the U.S. Army Reserves. A lovable son and wonderful friend. Pump up the LH JAMS

The sound of beautiful music — from classic jazz to cosmic country — will bounce off downtown buildings this weekend as the 6th Annual LH JAMS Festival comes back to Lock Haven after a year’s hiatus. And we couldn’t be more excited. The annual event, organized by the Clinton County Arts Council, brings special music to our beautiful little town along the Susquehanna.
