During a recent visit to see my sister at the Lock Haven Rehab and Senior Living facility, I was shocked at the lack of cleanliness I encountered. This was not the only problem I encountered while there. My sister needed her Depends changed. Only to find out she didn't have any to use! Upon searching by staff for a replacement, which they are to provide to the patients, all that could be found were an X-large size. My sister is a petite, and it didn't take long for it to fall on the floor upon her standing.
Someone needs to look into these situations at the facility!
