After 35 years, Care For People is closed. I want to thank all of the people in Bellefonte and in Centre County for allowing us to take care of your elderly loved ones so that they could remain in their homes as long as possible.

We had caregivers of all ages — Charlotte was in her 80s and helped until she was no longer able to do it.

Ten years after Care For People was established, we started Care For People Plus, with the goal of providing services to those living with intellectual and physical disabilities. Care For People Plus recently was sold to Abound Health, Inc., of Charlotte, N.C., and will continue on with its original goal.
