My husband and I are LH Express subscribers. We live on Guardlock Drive (Dunnstown) and have had our paper delivered to our door since we moved here in August, 2016. Our paper was delivered every morning without fail, usually before 8 a.m. Kim (sorry, I'm not sure of Kim's last name) delivered our paper to our door. There were a few times (less than 5?) when Kim was aware of a possible change to our delivery. She alerted us each time by giving us a note a few days ahead of time that our paper might be delivered a bit late since someone else was covering for her. Her communications with us were always cordial and professional.
We received a letter from General Manager, Jordan McCloskey, that our delivery service would end and that our paper would be delivered by USPS. The letter states that management was trying to find ways "to serve you better." The result is that instead of having our Express at our door before 8 a.m., we don't see it until after 2 p.m. when our mail arrives.
You might say that Kim had us spoiled!
I know this decision has been already made, but we wanted to acknowledge the excellent service that Kim provided. She was very reliable and professional -- a real credit to The LH Express.
