Bogus child deportation claims

Recently activists supporting illegal immigrants have tried to make an issue of children born here to illegal alien parents are being “deported” with their parents.
As Secretary Rubio clearly explained, these children, having been born on US soil are US citizens and can stay here if the parents so choose and make proper arrangements. Their departure is solely the choice of the parents.
Most foreign nations, as well as the US, consider children born to citizens while in another nation as citizens.
If say a Mexican national, here legally or otherwise, gives birth to a child the child is also a Mexican citizen, as per the Mexican Constitution.
This applies to the so called “Dreamers” who are still living here while being legally only Mexican citizens (and avoiding obligations in the Mexican Constitution such as public or military service!) but residing here for many years now.
The kids of the “Maryland Dad” are also Salvadoran citizens.
Salvadoran Constitution; TITLE IV NATIONALITY
Article 90
The following are Salvadorans by birth:
1st–Those born in the territory of El Salvador;
2nd–Children of a Salvadoran father or mother, born in a foreign country.
Hence these kids aren’t being deported, but simply repatriated as they are legally citizens of the parents native land!
As Secretary Rubio noted, they can stay here or return, without issue any time.
I’ve read a number of other nations constitutions and find them to be, as Mr. Spock would say; “Fascinating.” Especially compared to the US version.
