I am a senior. I have TDS as my carrier for the internet and landline. I have another phone. Last month we were out of the phone and internet for three days. Again, we have another outage for another three days.
During these outages some people in Sugar Valley cannot call 911, cannot access their accounts and are virtual prisoners of a company that has no problem taking our money.
It has gone off and on again. Just because we live in the country, we again get punished by another company more interested in themselves than the public.
This needs to be fixed either by the people who have been elected or the government. I sent a message to the PUC.
