Calm down

Just watched another citizen die at the hands of ICE. I won't guess who was at fault… ICE or a citizen. Frankly, reports are conflicting. This man had a permit to carry. Right to carry is a law I don't want to see legislated away. What a tragedy. God bless him and his family.

Now the big question…

People are abused on both sides, so, why doesn't ICE give their list of 'wanted immigrants' to local police and require local police to collect those immigrants. Local police have collected immigrants before. It would get the job done and would stop the violence. This could be done, so, why not? Is this violence continuing to increase chaos and ensure people will yield to brown shirts or is it peaceful protesters who don't know what to do to get ICE out of their home? Who is really keeping it going? Both of them -- maybe. So separate them.

There is a solution. Send ICE home. It all begins with ICE leaving Minnesota and holding Minnesota accountable to gather up immigrants.

If peace is the goal the Federal Government would leave and hold local police accountable.

We in Pennsylvania need to think about this fight. It could be happening here and it may still happen here.

Starting at /week.
