Lock Haven
Let me start by saying, I understand that we need to conserve our water supply, but not as this new plan states. The Lock Haven Water Co. should check with their legal department. What they are suggesting is a violation of our civil rights and the 4th amendment that protects us from illegal search. You have no right spying on anyone. You do not need to know when my wife or I ror my underage children or grandchildren are taking a bath, a shower or, for Heaven's sake, using the toilet. That almost sounds perverted to me. If you want to conserve water how about doing something about the 24-hour carwashes or the 24-hour laundry mats. And how are you going to put these devices on the restaurants, the college, the housing, the truck stops, as a matter of fact, all businesses? You are not. It will come down to the tax paying homeowners. You would be better off to have EVERYONE cut back on usage. Water is like electricity. You can't keep plugging more things into them without something going wrong. And are you using the multiple wells you drilled here in Wayne Township that were supposed to help the reservoir? Please, rethink this terrible idea of invading our privacy. Thank you.
