Racetrack kudos

Scott Knisley Mill Hall I saw the Clinton County Fairground/Speedway boards met. The speedway posted on their website: RaceSaver Sprint Cars and Limited Late Model Divisions shall have mufflers installed for the 2025 race season. This puts them in compliance with their IMCA Sanctioned Muffler rules for the loudest cars. There are muffler rules for the other race cars, like 4-cylinders, that only require a stock original muffler, but they chose not to require them. Maybe because they are not as loud. Dorothy Stoner Lock Haven My husband and I are LH Express subscribers. We live on Guardlock Drive (Dunnstown) and have had our paper delivered to our door since we moved here in August, 2016. Our paper was delivered every morning without fail, usually before 8 a.m. Kim (sorry, I’m not sure of Kim’s last name) delivered our paper to our door. On Dec. 5, 1994, Ukraine signed an agreement wherein it would dispose of its nuclear weapons, which were the world’s third largest nuclear arsenal, for a guarantee by the U.S., UK and Russia to provide Ukraine’s security. Ukraine relinquished its nuclear weapons to Russia. Subsequently, Russia attacked Ukraine in 2014 and occupied Crimea. In 2022 Russia attacked again and now occupies eastern provinces of Ukraine.
