Pope Leo XIV used part of his Palm Sunday message to castigate the United States for attempting to stop Iran from becoming a nuclear power and threatening the world with mass destruction. In addition to it’s stated goal, there is moving radar for state police, seeming requirements to lower speed limits, change calibration rules, and other goodies. Nobody ever seeks to compel compliance with current federal and state policies which are to post speed limits at the 85th percentile speed of traffic.
