Six LHU lacrosse players land on IWLCA Honor Roll

LOCK HAVEN – Six members of the Lock Haven lacrosse team were named to the 2025 Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) All-Academic Honor Roll, while the Bald Eagles also earned the organization’s Academic Squad for their accomplishments on the field and in the classroom.

The IWLCA has named 383 schools across Division I, II, III, and NAIA as IWLCA Academic Honor Squads for the 2024-25 academic year. To qualify for this prestigious honor, the women’s lacrosse team must have posted a 3.2 or higher team GPA for the academic year.

As a unit, the Bald Eagles accumulated a 3.4 GPA.

The IWLCA also honored 588 student-athletes from 84 different institutions on the 2024-25 IWLCA Division II Academic Honor Roll. To be eligible for this honor, student-athletes must be a junior, senior, or graduate student and have earned a cumulative academic GPA of 3.50 or greater.

Nadia Baskot, Gabby Gunnip, Sam Hauck, Peyton Masters, Sarah Osmun and Ally Weaver were also honored by the IWLCA on Wednesday (July 23) as members of the 2025 Academic Honor Roll.

Baskot is the lone repeat recipient from the Bald Eagles group of four to bring home the honor following the 2024 season.
