South Czech Republic Little League from Brno, Czechia, is returning to the Little League World Series in South Williamsport following a dominant 7-0 performance in the Europe and Africa Region Tournament.

After outscoring their opponents in runs 42 to 3, South Czech Republic LL’s run through the tournament was capped by a championship win over Madrid (Spain) Little League, 3-2, punching their ticket for their third consecutive trip to South Williamsport.

South Czech Republica LL will also be represented in Livermore, California, in the Intermediate 50/70 Baseball Series.

The first-round matchups for the 2025 World Series were announced on June 11 during National Little League Week. South Czech Republic LL will square off against the Japan Region’s Joto Little League on Thursday, Aug. 14, at 1 p.m. at Volunteer Stadium.

The 2025 Little League World Series is set to kick off on Wednesday, Aug. 13, with the World Series Championship game scheduled for Sunday, Aug. 24.
