The Lock Haven golf team battled through a cold and windy afternoon at the Lebanon Valley College Invitational to place second overall as a group on Saturday afternoon.

The LVC Fall Invitational was hosted by Lebanon Valley at the Lebanon Country Club. The Haven (385) finished second behind only Bloomsburg (344) out of five qualifying schools. A total of 12 schools were represented at the match.

Morgan Gerringer led the way for Lock Haven as she finished in a tie for eighth with an individual round of 90 (+18). Bree Johnson and Hannah Kopac both shot 98’s to place tied for 13th, while Skylar Pentz came in just behind the duo with a 99. Sydney Hamilton rounded out The Haven’s top-5 (106).
