LOCK HAVEN — The Lock Haven women’s basketball team used a dominant middle stretch and a monster day at the foul line to roll past West Chester 73-50 in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference action Saturday afternoon at Thomas Fieldhouse. Lock Haven showed no signs of slowing down on Saturday afternoon and improved to 12-5 overall and 8-3 in the PSAC. The Haven is now 6-0 vs. the Eastern Division and 8-1 in front of the home crowd. LOCK HAVEN — A big second-half push was not enough for the Lock Haven men’s basketball team, as the Bald Eagles fell 73-62 to Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference East foe West Chester Saturday afternoon at Thomas Fieldhouse. CM’s Kune wins title at Ultimate Warrior as CM has nine medal

Central Mountain saw nine wrestlers reach the podium on Saturday at the 2026 Ultimate Warrior Tournament in West Branch. Among those, senior standout Aiden Kunes took home a gold medal. Kunes, who recorded his 100th career victory on Friday, earned a 4-1 decision in the championship semifinals at 145 pounds against Bald Eagle Area standout Dawson Lomison to reach the first-place finals. Four individual titles lift LHU women’s wrestling to second place at PA State Championships

EAST STROUDSBURG – The Lock Haven women’s wrestling team took second place at the PA Collegiate Women’s Wrestling Championships hosted by East Stroudsburg University. The field consisted of 11 Pennsylvania-based teams. The Bald Eagles were led by the performances of Lindsay Laws (207), Presley McCandlish (160), Azariah Moore (180) and Jayleah Pletz (124), all winning gold. East Stroudsburg won the individual team tournament with 85.5 points, Lock Haven finished second with 63 points and Lehigh took third with 39 points.
