Lock Haven softball drops twinbill at Shepherd, as nine-game win streak ends

SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. – The Lock Haven softball team continued its eight-game road trip by traveling to Shepherd on Friday afternoon for a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Eastern division doubleheader. Shepherd won both games by scores of 2-0 and 4-1 to snap the Bald Eagles’ nine-game winning streak. Lock Haven moves to 23-15 overall and 13-9 in conference play. LOCK HAVEN – The Lock Haven baseball team battled Slippery Rock on Saturday in the back half of their Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Western Division four-game series. Lock Haven fell in game one 11-8, but bounced back and took game two 5-4. Both games went into extra innings. SLIPPERY ROCK – The Lock Haven baseball team traveled to Slippery Rock for the first two games of a four-game Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Western Division series this weekend.
