LOCK HAVEN — The Lock Haven men’s basketball team wrapped up the 2025-26 regular season on Saturday by hosting Shippensburg in a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Eastern Division game on Senior Day. The PSAC Tournament bound Bald Eagles fell to Ship, 87-75. Lock Haven finished the regular season 10-18 overall and 6-15 in the PSAC, earning the No. 6 seed in the Eastern Division for the upcoming Conference Championship Tournament. LOCK HAVEN — The Lock Haven women’s basketball team made history on Saturday afternoon by soaring past Shippensburg, 76-60, to cap their Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Eastern Division schedule with an unbeaten record. The Bald Eagles finished the regular season a perfect 16-0 in PSAC East play for the first time in program history and the first time by anyone in the division since 2018. Despite a strong effort from Central Mountain junior Aiden Kunes to make something happen late, No. 1 ranked Kai Vielma (Connellsville) once again had an answer, defeating the Wildcat by 5-2 decision to be crowned West Class AAA Regional champion. BETHLEHEM — Jersey Shore’s Louden Spotts had never advanced out of the regional tournament before. Granted, he’s only wrestled once prior to this season, but as a sophomore, he got back to the Northeast Class AAA Regional tournament with hopes of advancing to his first state tournament. BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Penn State women’s basketball falls to Indiana 93-59 inside Assembly Hall in regular season finale on Saturday afternoon. STATE COLLEGE — Stellar late-game execution and a career-high 25 points from senior Josh Reed led the Penn State men’s basketball team to a 71-69 win over Iowa Saturday afternoon inside the Bryce Jordan Center. 
The Penn State defense clamped down in the game’s final minutes, as the Hawkeyes scored just two points in the final 4:29 of play.
