LOCK HAVEN — The Lock Haven men’s basketball team wrapped up the 2025-26 regular season on Saturday by hosting Shippensburg in a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Eastern Division game on Senior Day. The PSAC Tournament bound Bald Eagles fell to Ship, 87-75. Lock Haven finished the regular season 10-18 overall and 6-15 in the PSAC, earning the No. 6 seed in the Eastern Division for the upcoming Conference Championship Tournament. LOCK HAVEN — The Lock Haven women’s basketball team made history on Saturday afternoon by soaring past Shippensburg, 76-60, to cap their Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Eastern Division schedule with an unbeaten record. The Bald Eagles finished the regular season a perfect 16-0 in PSAC East play for the first time in program history and the first time by anyone in the division since 2018. Despite a strong effort from Central Mountain junior Aiden Kunes to make something happen late, No. 1 ranked Kai Vielma (Connellsville) once again had an answer, defeating the Wildcat by 5-2 decision to be crowned West Class AAA Regional champion. STATE COLLEGE — Stellar late-game execution and a career-high 25 points from senior Josh Reed led the Penn State men’s basketball team to a 71-69 win over Iowa Saturday afternoon inside the Bryce Jordan Center.
