LEWISBURG — Kade Sottolano earned an upset victory at heavy weight to lift the Lock Haven men’s wrestling team to a 19-15 victory over Bucknell on the road in a non-conference match on Thursday night. The Bald Eagles have now won six matches in a row to improve to 8-3 on the season. The win streak dates back to Jan. 4 and has all come on the road. The Bison fell to 5-9 on the season. SHIPPENSBURG – The Lock Haven women’s basketball team used an impressive start to propel itself to a dominant 81-50 road win over Shippensburg in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) action on Thursday night. Jersey Shore competed in a tri-meet against Shamokin and Mifflinburg on Thursday in swimming competition and the Bulldogs had swimmers see success in both girls and boys competition. Team scores were not available for the tri-meet. Jersey Shore's Addison Miller, a senior, won the 200 IM in 3:28.63 and Lila Nestlerode swam a time of 31.11 to win the 50 free for the Bulldogs.
