Jakob Rager of the Lock Haven men’s indoor track and field team was named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Indoor Track Athlete of the Week, the conference office announced on Tuesday. The Bald Eagles opened the New Year by sending athletes to the Nittany Lion Open (Penn State) and River Hawk Invite (Susquehanna) on Saturday, Jan. 17.
