All-you-can-eat breakfast

Lamar Township Volunteer Fire Company, 91 Firehouse Road, Mill Hall, will be hosting multiple all-you-can-eat breakfasts beginning Oct. 19 from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. and ending on March 7, 2020. Meals cost $8 for adults, $4 for kids age five to 12 and children under four eat free. The meal will consist of eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits, breakfast, potatoes, sausage gravy and scrapple. The fire company will host the breaksfasts on the following dates: Oct. 19, Nov. 9, Dec. 14, Jan. 11, 2020, Feb. 8, 2020 and March 7, 2020.

Homemade donuts

Trinity United Methodist Church will be offering fresh homemade doughnuts on Thursday, Oct. 17. Walk-ins are welcome after 7 a.m. thata day. To order doughnuts, call the church office at 570-398-2913 Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. to place an order and give approximate time of pick-up on Oct. 17. The cost is $6 per dozen and $3 for a half-dozen.

Susqueview 5k Run for Residents

Susqueview will be holding its annual Run for Residents 5k on Saturday, Nov. 2 with registration beginning at 8 a.m. and race starting at 9. Pre-registration is due by Oct. 11 and costs $15 for students and $20 for adults. Those who want to register early will recieve a t-shirt. To sign up visit falconracetiming.com. Registration the day of is possible and will cost $20 for students and $25 for adults. T-shirts will able to be purchased during the event for $15.
