At approximately 3:40 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 29, emergency units from Station 4 and Station 11 were dispatched to Weaver Street in Mill Hall Borough for a reported vehicle fire. Deputy 4 arrived on scene and confirmed a working vehicle fire. Engine 4 and Tanker 11 arrived moments later, and crews promptly initiated fire suppression efforts. Thanks to the quick response and coordinated efforts of the crews, the fire was brought under control at 3:54 p.m. The vehicle was safely removed from the roadway, and no further hazards were reported. All units were placed available shortly after.
