Lock Haven Wrestling ranked No. 19 by InterMat
MINNEAPOLIS — The Lock Haven University wrestling team has been listed at No. 19 in InterMat’s Preseason Tournament rankings and InterMat’s Preseason Dual rankings, and a total of four individuals were listed among the top-20 in their respective weight class, including returning All-American Chance Marsteller (New Park, Pa./Kennard-Dale) who is ranked No. 3 at 165 pounds.
Also ranked for Lock Haven is Alex Klucker (Summerdale, Pa./East Pennsboro), Corey Hazel (Spring Mills, Pa./Penns Valley) and Thomas Haines (Quarryville, Pa./Solanco).
Klucker is ranked No. 18 at 157, Hazel No. 19 at 184 and Haines No. 8 at 285.
Marsteller, Klucker, Hazel and Haines were all NCAA Division I national qualifiers last season for Lock Haven.
The Bald Eagles will be announcing information regarding their 2018 Crimson & White Dual in the coming days. The event is slated for Friday, October 26.
