Brungard has reduced his workload and has re-located his practice to the firm at 379 Marsh Creek Road in Howard. “Although I will miss the strong bond that was formed with Charles Rosamilia and his two sons, Rocco and Thom, it was time to shift gears. Tri-County returning $600,000 in capital credits to members

MANSFIELD — Tri-County Rural Electric Cooperative will be returning $600,000 in capital credits refunds to members and former members of the cooperative this month.
