Pauline B. “Sis” Winters, 102, passed away Monday, Aug. 3, 2026. Sis was born Dec. 4, 1923, in Lock Haven, to the late Kathleen Margaret (Downs) Fravel and Karl Francis Fravel. Sis graduated from Lock Haven High School in 1942 and worked at Sylvania during WWII. On April 18, 1946, she married Harry E. Winters at St. Luke’s Reformed Church in Lock Haven. Together, they celebrated 62 years of marriage at the time of Harry’s passing in 2008. She and Harry were avid golfers and were members at Belles Springs for many years.
