Family and friends of Charlie and Dee Saiers were present on Aug. 23 to celebrate the couple’s 70th wedding anniversary and vow renewal ceremony inside the gazebo at Lock Haven Rehabilitation and Senior Living. Charlie and Dee are lifelong residents of Lock Haven and were married on Aug. 26, 1955.
