The Bellefonte Elks Lodge #1094 came away with first, second and third place winners at the recent Elks District Hoop Shoot Contest, held in Huntingdon, Pa. In the Girls Ages 8-9 Division, Claire Snyder sank 20 of 25 free throws, to finish in first place. In the Boys ages 8-9 Division, Kelson Glunt finished in third place. In the Boys ages 12-13 Division, Kamden Glunt took second place, following a shoot-off for first place. The Bellefonte Elks are extremely proud of all the competitors. Claire now advances to the State Elks Hoop Shoot Contest, which will take place in Bellefonte, on Feb. 28.
