Dogwood Circle incorporates America’s 250th into recent meeting

The Dogwood Circle of the Lock Haven Garden Club met Feb. 19 at the Hublersburg Inn. The theme for the evening was the “Red Coats are Coming.” Members came dressed in red to begin the club’s celebration of the signing of the Constitution on July 4, 1776. The monthly programs for 2026 were produced by Svitlana B. Jones. The theme for all 10 months will be “Colonial.” The April 1 meeting will take place at the Poorman Gallery, 352 E. Water St., Lock Haven. Bonnie Hannis will give a program on salt and colonial salt cellars. The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m., and the public is invited to join.
