Bellefonte Elks Lodge #1094 Exalted Ruler Lorna Spearly has announced the selection of Kathleen Edwards as Elks’ Citizen of Year for Lodge Year 2025-2026. Kathleen is recognized for her outstanding commitment to serving the Bellefonte Community and her ongoing efforts to support programs that benefit local youth and families. She is actively involved with the Bellefonte Sunrise Rotary Club and annually supports The Children’s Fair and Fall Festival. Both events support the Bellefonte Elks Drug Awareness Program efforts.
