COLLIER — Aaron Collier and Melinda Moore of Mill Hall are parents of a son, Ryker James Collier, born at 12:40 p.m. on Oct. 7, 2020 at Geisinger Medical Center. The baby weighed 8 pounds, 5 ounces at 21 inches. Grandparents are Carol Moore and Robert Moore of Howard, Patricia Collier of Lock Haven, and Steve Collier and Kathy Collier of Hughesville.
