‘Steelers Time’ at Otto Bookstore to feature journalist Jim Wexell and local sports enthusiast

Jim Wexell

WILLIAMSPORT — The Otto Bookstore will host “Steelers Time,” a free community event featuring longtime Pittsburgh Steelers journalist Jim Wexell and local sports enthusiast Mark Mussina, at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 9, at the store’s downtown location, 107 W. Fourth St.

Wexell, an award-winning author and publisher of “The Steelers Wire,” brings decades of insight to the franchise’s history and current trajectory.

Mussina — a current Lycoming County Commissioner, passionate Steelers fan and local sports enthusiast — will moderate the discussion, which includes a Q&A session with the audience.

“Jim Wexell is one of the most respected voices covering the Steelers, and having him here in Williamsport is a real treat for fans,” said John Shableski, manager at the Otto Bookstore. “This is going to be a fun and thoughtful conversation about one of Pennsylvania’s greatest institutions. Whether you’re a diehard fan or just football curious, come join us at the Otto Bookstore this coming Saturday.”

The event is free and open to the public. Seating is limited so reserve yours today at ottobookstore.com/upcoming-events.
