WILLIAMSPORT — The Bald Eagle Art League is proud to present fluid artist Tara Silva as the featured exhibitor at the Genetti Hotel’s Windows on 4th gallery from Jan. 2 to Feb. 28, 2026. Her show, titled “The Pourfessor,” will open with a First Friday Reception on Jan. 2, 2026 from 5-8 p.m. The Genetti Hotel is located at 200 W. 4th Street, Williamsport, PA. This event is free and open to the public–all are welcome!
