WILLIAMSPORT — Tickets go on sale tomorrow for a Steven Curtis Chapman concert Sunday, March 25 at the Community Arts Center.

The arts center is offering the performance with WGRC, in celebration of the Christian radio station’s 30th anniversary.

Steven Curtis Chapman will give an “SCC Solo” acoustic performance that will highlight his hits, history and influences. In a career that has spanned 30 years, he is the most awarded artist in Christian music history with 58 Gospel Music Association Dove Awards, five Grammys®, an American Music Award, and 48 No. 1 singles selling more than 11 million albums. He also has 10 RIAA-certified gold and platinum albums to his credit.

Steven has been on “Good Morning America,” “CBS Sunday Morning,” CNN, MSNBC, “60 Minutes,” “E! Entertainment,” “The Today Show,” “Fox & Friends,” “CBS This Morning,” “The Tonight Show,” and Glenn Beck’s “The Blaze,” as well as appearing in the pages of People, Billboard, Parents Magazine, and more.

He released his memoir, “Between Heaven & The Real World,” this past March, and it has made the Publisher’s Weekly best-sellers list twice and the Evangelical Christian Publishers Association best-sellers list.

With countless tours under his belt, Steven continues performing on the road at numerous festivals and events, most recently headlining the Rock & Worship Roadshow Spring 2017. This summer, he wrapped his third season hosting the monthly “Sam’s Place: Music For The Spirit” concert series at Nashville’s historic Ryman Auditorium, where a portion of each ticket sale went to Show Hope, a movement Steven and his wife, Mary Beth, started to care for orphans.

The local performance will take place at the Community Arts Center, 220 W. Fourth St., at 6 p.m. March 25.

Tickets may be purchased online at www.caclive.com, by phone at 570-326-2424 or at the CAC box office.
