State Congressman Fred Keller, took a lengthy tour of Susque-View in Lock Haven on Friday afternoon. During the tour, Keller heard about long-term care, checked out the facility’s amenities and took time to speak with residents. Susque-View has nearly 200 employees. From left, Rep.
