Former Pennsylvania Governor Robert “Bob” Casey Sr. cuts the ribbon during a ceremony in Clinton County sometime in the 1990s. Casey served as the 42nd governor for the Commonwealth from 1987 until 1995. He passed away in May of 2000. We are unsure of who else is pictured.
