Hammered Flower Totes

Who doesn’t love a chic tote bag that makes people stop and question where did you get that beautiful bag? Well, you can get that bag here while saving money on a therapy session. Come spend the evening literally imprinting fresh flowers onto your bag by smashing the flower pigment onto the bag by hammering away. The class is Friday, Aug. 8, from 6-8 p.m., at SVRCS campus, 236 E. Main St., Loganton. Colleen from Blooming Meadows Farm will bring all the supplies needed. For $45 you can create your own tote and release your frustrations of the week while you hammer away creatively! Register by calling Dawn 570-367-1351 or email djeffries@svrcs.org. Deadline is Wednesday, Aug. 6.

PASR Picnic

Please keep Aug. 26 open for the annual First Day Back to School Picnic at Flemington Grove Park. Members of the Clinton County Chapter of the PA Association of School Retirees and guests are invited. Please bring a covered dish to share, your own place setting and beverage.
