— Bellefonte Area School Board meeting, 7 p.m., at the Bellefonte Area Middle School cafeteria. The public is invited to attend.

— Join The Rotary Club of Downtown Lock Haven for a packing party at Boxes of Hope, 10 E. Main St., Lock Haven, at 5:15 p.m. By helping to pack care packages that are sent to women who are battling breast cancer, you would be making a difference in someone’s life. This is also a great opportunity to talk to members of The Rotary Club of Downtown Lock Haven and learn about other ways that they serve the needs of the community. Light refreshments will be provided.

Wednesday, Sept. 17

— LHHS and ICHS Classes of 1959 luncheon at 12 p.m. at Brothers Pizza in Lamar, along Route 64. Classmates and guests are invited and encouraged to attend.

— KBR Bingo and More will be starting their Wednesday evening Bingo. Doors open at 4:30 p.m. and Bingo starts at 6:30 p.m. This is straight line Bingo that will really appeal to the older crowd! Regular game payouts are $50! Come join the fun! KBR Bingo is located in the Piper Museum Building, 1 Piper Way, Lock Haven. Elevator service is provided to the 3rd floor Bingo hall. — Helping Hands at the United Lutheran Church in Lock Haven will be held from 6-7:30 p.m. at the church behind Kentucky Fried Chicken.
