Rotary Open House
Mark your calendar! The Downtown Lock Haven Rotary’s Moonlight Open House will be Tuesday, Oct. 28, from 5:30-7 p.m., at the Poorman Gallery, 352 E. Water St., Lock Haven. You can see all the projects the club does and meet members. You can meet and hear about those organizations who received our yearly donations this year. They are: Boxes of Hope, The New Love Center and Sleep in Heavenly Peace! Refreshments will be served. There may even be a door prize, but don’t worry, if you win, they’ll help you carry the door to your car! Please RSVP to Lisa Schropp, lschropp@lockhaven.com.
St. Luke’s
Dinner
St. Luke Church would like to invite you to their annual family style pork and sauerkraut dinner on Wednesday, Oct. 29, at St. Luke Parish Hall, 118 Kendall Ave., Jersey Shore. The dinner consists of pork, sauerkraut, knockwursts, mashed potatoes, dumplings, drinks and dessert. Dinner will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., with takeout available during serving hours. Tickets are $12 for adults, $6 for children 5-12 and children under 4 are free. If you have any questions, contact Tammy at 570-745-3301.
Class of 1957
LHHS and ICHS Class of 1957 will meet on the second Saturday of each month at Restless Oaks at 9 a.m. Classmates and guests are welcome.
