TODAY

— Blood Drive, 1-6 p.m., at Tri County NC Church in Mill Hall.

— Dunnstown Fire Company offers a Cash Bingo every Monday night at the fire station on 119 Woodward Ave., Lock Haven. Bingo starts at 6 p.m. and all proceeds help to support the fire company’s needs.

— Cash Bingo will be held at St. John’s Catholic School, 116 E. Bishop St., Bellefonte, to benefit the Bellefonte Knights of Columbus. Doors will be open to the public for food, plenty of homemade baked goods and dinner items, and small games of chance at 6 p.m., with Bingo starting at 7 p.m. The cost to play is $20 for 20 games, and the payouts will be $850 each month. The school is a smoke-free facility and walk-ins are welcome to come to play Bingo.

— Each Monday in January from 4:30-6 p.m. there will be a drawing class with George Stefanski at the Friendship Community Library in Beech Creek. The class is free and for those 12 and older. The Friendship Community Library in Beech Creek is open from 3-7 p.m. The Library is a division of the Annie Halenbake Ross Library and has an updated collection of books for loan, a variety of programs and tech support. TOMORROW

— Every Tuesday from 6-7 p.m. at the Friendship Community Library in Beech Creek there is Technology Assistance offered to help you set up your digital world. Learn how to use apps on your cell phone or take photos. Also on Tuesday from 4:30-5:30 p.m. there is a Brain Teasers program with a variety of winter-themed activities designed to challenge and engage participants of all ages. WEDNESDAY

Class luncheon for ICHS/LHHS Class of 1959 will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 14, at noon, at Ruby Tuesday’s on Hogan Boulevard.

THURSDAY

— Trinity UM Church, 1407 Allegheny St., Jersey Shore, is having a fresh, homemade donut sale. Donuts are sold for $8 a dozen or $4 for a half dozen. It’s best to call in your order early to 570-398-2913 and leave a message for how many you would like. Pickup is at the church using the Glover Street entrance. Extra donuts are made and available for walk-in sales beginning at 7 a.m.

— Howard United Methodist Church will have a soup sale and luncheon from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., at the church fellowship hall. Come for a sit down lunch that costs just $10 and comes with soup, salad, a roll, a piece of pie and your drink. Take-out quarts of soup are sold for $9 each. Pre-order your take-out quarts so that you’re sure to get the flavors you like. The soup flavors are vegetable beef, ham and bean, chicken noodle and chicken corn. — Milesburg Lions Bingo every Thursday night at the Milesburg Community Center. Doors open at 5 p.m. and Bingo starts at 6:45 p.m.

— LHHS and ICHS Class of 1958 are having their monthly get together at 1 p.m. at Brown’s Hill Tavern. All classmates and friends are welcome. For info., call 570-660-0134.

— Clinton County Veterans Affair Military Share distribution has to be moved to the Piper Museum. If you are a recipient of the food from this program please call the Clinton County VA office at 570-893-4339 for more details. The food will no longer be distributed from the Castanea Fire Company Picnic Grounds going forward.

— Louise’s Loops Crochet Club at the Friendship Community Library in Beech Creek from 3:30-4:30 p.m. Bring your projects to work on while we engage in relaxing conversations and creative inspirations.
