Following the announcement it would cease printing its weekly product, the Clinton County Board of Commissioners approved a proclamation honoring three individuals who played a role in its decades of service at its voting meeting Thursday morning. Those who were present for the honor included previous owners Ron Dremel and John Lipez and the publication’s most recent owner, Michael Frank. Following the approval of the proclamation, both Lipez and Frank thanked the board for the honor and the staff and community members who made the 154 years possible.
