Stuffed animal

collection Saturday

Susquehanna Valley Big Twins Motorcycle Club will be set up in Triangle Park in Lock Haven to collect Easter-themed stuffed animals (bunnies, chicks, ducks or lambs) for their annual Bunny Run. From noon to 5 p.m. you can stop by Triangle Park, donate a stuffed animal or money, and pick up vouchers that will be given away by Williamsport’s Texas Roadhouse. The Roadhouse’s Andy the Armadillo will be there as well as the Easter Bunny! DJ Red Dog will be bringing the tunes to Triangle Park during this event! Rip Ticket event canceled

Country Jam

The Back Porch String Band will have their Country Jam on Sunday, March 22, from 2-6 p.m., at the Yearick Center/Howard fire hall. Country Jam is held the fourth Sunday afternoon of each month except in December. The afternoon of music is free, and those attending should bring a snack to share with others there. A hat is passed for you to contribute a few dollars to thank the Howard Fire Company for allowing the folks to gather there for Country Jam each month. Volunteers needed

Woodward Township’s annual Easter egg hunt will be held on Sunday, March 29, at 2 p.m., at Riverview Park. Volunteers are needed and will meet on March 25 at 6 p.m. at the fire hall to fill eggs!

Free sneakers
