SATURDAY

— Breakfast and benefit raffle for Mike Neff at Susquehanna Valley Big Twins Motorcycle Club in Woolrich. An all you can eat breakfast is served from 7-11 a.m. Adult meals are $10 and $6 for those 6-12 years. Little tykes eat free. During the breakfast there will be a basket raffle and 50/50 raffle with the proceeds going to Mike Neff who has been unable to work since having a liver transplant operation. Please come out and support both the cycle club and Mike Neff.

— Breakfast and Bake Sale to benefit Ben Stoltzfus, 7-11 a.m., at the Porter Township Community Building, old Lamar Elementary, 216 Spring Run Road, Mill Hall. Ben, the former Nittany Valley Fire Chief, is battling cancer and hasn’t been able to work. The hearty breakfast will be $13 for adults; $6 for ages 6-12 and younger kiddos eat free. Volunteers are needed to work in the kitchen during the breakfast and to provide an assortment of Baked Goods to sell. Call Nancy at 814-571-5168 for more info.

— The Sneaker Bank at Milesburg United Methodist Church will be open from 9-11 a.m. Sneakers are provided to children in the BEA and Bellefonte School Districts.

— Logan Grange # 109 will have a Drive-thru Soup Sale from 10 a.m. until noon (or until all sold out), at the Grange Hall at 122 N. Main St., Pleasant Gap. The soup will be $9 per quart and comes in the flavors of chicken corn noodle and cheddar and broccoli along with ham pot pie. Preorders are suggested to guarantee that you get, and can be done by calling 814-360-5756, by sending a private message on their Facebook page or by sending an email to logangrange109@gmail.com. Walk-in sales will be accommodated until sold out!

— Please join Heroes & Horses in celebrating the 11th Season Kickoff of service to the veteran community. The season Kickoff Black Tie and Blue Jeans is from 6-9 p.m. at the Sons of Italy Patio, 1 N. Henderson St., Lock Haven. Tickets are $10 per person which includes Heavy Hors D’oeuvres with music provided and donated by Private Stock Trio. — Susquehanna Valley Big Twins Motorcycle Club will be set up in Triangle Park in Lock Haven to collect Easter themed stuffed animals for their annual Bunny Run. From noon to 5 p.m. you can stop by Triangle Park, donate a stuffed animal or money, and pick up vouchers that will be given away by Williamsport’s Texas Roadhouse. The Roadhouse’s Andy the Armadillo will be there as well as DJ Red Dog and the Easter Bunny! Hot chocolate and coffee will be served as well as other activities. — Sugar Valley Church of the Brethren will be holding its Annual Turkey Dinner from 4-6 p.m., or until sold out. The take-out only dinner will feature roast turkey, filling, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, corn, cranberry sauce, rolls and homemade desserts. The cost will be a donation with proceeds benefiting our general funds. The church is located at 2305 E. Winter Road, Loganton. For more info call Kim at 570-725-3767.

— Williamsport’s Community Theatre League will present “You Can’t Take It With You” at 7:30 p.m. Call 570-327-1777 for more info or to purchase tickets for this Broadway Pulitzer Prize winning drama.

— The Shoe Bank will be open from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Appointments are required. Eligible kids and teens may come and choose a pair of new sneakers or shoes and some new socks. They can also choose books to own. Everything is free! The Shoe Bank is inside Covenant United Methodist Church, 44 W. Main St., Lock Haven. The shoe room is set up like a store where kids are the customers. Sneakers and other shoes are available in all full sizes, as well as many half sizes.

Wee ones through high school teens are eligible if their families live anywhere in Clinton County or the Liberty-Curtin School attendance area. The family must have an active Compass app or a Compass paper. Those who don’t have Compass may be referred by an agency, church or organization.

SUNDAY

— Millbrook Playhouse will hold its annual fundraiser Bingo at the KBR Bingo hall. Doors open at 11 a.m. and games begin at 1 p.m. Your $25 ticket includes 20 games of Bingo with all cash prizes of $100-plus. Food, raffle basket tickets, 50/50 games and rip tickets will be available for purchase. Tickets can be bought at www.millbrookplayhouse.org or at the door.

— Country Jam at the Howard fire hall, 2-6 p.m. Hosted by the local Howard band, The Back Porch String Band, Country Jam is an afternoon of free music that you’re invited to. If you play an instrument, bring it along and play with others there! Or, if you just want to sit back and enjoy the toe-tappin’ tunes you can do that, too! — Clinton Central Model Railroad Club will hold a Spring Train meet from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Woodward Township Vol. Fire Company in Linden. The train show is one of the club’s fundraising events. Admission is $3 for those 14 and older. Younger attendees are free. Food is available for purchase. Come see the many model trains and support the club! MONDAY

— Take Off Pounds Sensibly, “TOPS,” is planning a 25th Anniversary Celebration, at 6 p.m., at the Flemington First Church of Christ, 714 Canal St. All past and present members, as well as potential new members, are invited. — Dunnstown Fire Company offers a Cash Bingo every Monday night at the fire station at 119 Woodward Ave., Lock Haven. Bingo starts at 6 p.m. and all proceeds help to support the fire company’s needs.

TUESDAY

— KBR Bingo and More holds Bingo every Tuesday night at the Piper Airport Museum’s 3rd floor Bingo hall. Doors open at 4:30 p.m., Early bird games at 6:15 p.m. and regular Bingo starts at 6:30 p.m. Call Deb at 570-660-2647 or Mike at 570-786-1343 for more info.

WEDNESDAY

— St. Paul Food Pantry, 6220 Nittany Valley Drive, Mill Hall, (1 mile north of the I-80 interchange on Route 64), is open the second and fourth Wednesday of every month from 9-11 a.m. No documentation is required. — LHHS Class of 1955 will hold a luncheon at noon at The Shore Diner in Jersey Shore. All classmates and their guests are welcome.
