Chapman Township Supervisors Linda Kelley and Greg Werts presented former Chairman of the Board of Supervisors Charles Rossell with a Letter of Appreciation and a Certificate of Service from the Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors (PSATS) for his 11 years of service to the township. Rossell’s term ended on Dec. 31, 2025. Everyone at the supervisors’ recent meeting thanked Rossell for everything he has done for the township over the years and wished him well in his future endeavors.
