DR. WINGROVE T. JARVIS

LOCK HAVEN — Wingrove T. Jarvis, M.D., recently joined UPMC Susquehanna Lock Haven as an orthopedic surgeon, providing operative and non-operative treatments for conditions of bones, muscles and joints.

Dr. Jarvis earned his medical degree from University of the West Indies Medical School, Barbados, and he completed residencies in trauma and orthopedic surgery at South Tyneside and Sunderland Healthcare Group, Sunderland, UK, and Wansbeck General Hospital, Glasgow, UK. He also completed fellowships in adult orthopedic spine surgery with Duke University Medical Center, N.C., and in orthopedic trauma surgery with University Hospital of Louisville, Ky.

“My passion is maximizing my patients’ mobility and helping them live pain free,” Dr. Jarvis said. “I work with my patients to provide surgical and non-surgical options to best meet their needs and allow them to live an active lifestyle.”
