BEECH CREEK — Eagle Valley Farm, LLC began in the spring of 2020 when Aaron and Miriam Allgyer, along with their children, wanted to share the joy of creating memories made in the backyard. The family enjoys eating good quality meats and felt others would also enjoy the meats that are now offered at their on-farm store. The farm store slogan is “Real Beef for Real People.”

Eagle Valley Farm, LLC has pasture-raised, grass-fed beef, pork and chicken that can be ordered and processed to your specifications. The on-site store has a selection of frozen prime cuts that are available for purchase, too. The business is USDA approved.

“Real Beef for Real People” is available in many options to meet your needs. You may order your beef in whole, half or quarters. There are also bundle options, family bundle or senior bundle, pork and beef bundle or 1/8 beef bundle, that can be picked up at the store anytime.

Pasture-raised porkers are available by the whole or half and pricing includes delivery to your local butcher. Bacon, ribs, sausage, ham and pork chops are offered from the farm store freezers.

Chickens are available all year long and you can buy a live chicken to butcher on your own or you can buy a whole chicken, breasts or legs from the farm store freezer. Also offered at the farm store are eggs laid from their pasture flock.

Also at the farm store there is a small line of camping essentials such as camping chairs, backyard grills, bbq sauces and seasonings. Since 2021, wildlife products by Antler King and Real World have been offered at the business, which includes deer feed, lots of mineral options and fertilizers to help you grow better food plots.

Eagle Valley Farm LLC’s farm store has offered a full line of dairy products. The dairy products that are now available include raw milk, local cheeses in five different flavors, Greek yogurt and yogurt smoothies.

According to Aaron Allgyer, “Eagle Valley Farms LLC is looking forward to expanding our customer base even wider in 2025. We are offering dairy products in addition to the beef, pork and poultry products. To make it more convenient when purchasing and paying, the store now accepts EBT cards and all types of credit cards.”
