LOCK HAVEN — Vape Haven has made a big move… just across the street.

Lock Haven’s original store for everyone’s vaping needs has taken up shop in the former Fine Wine and Spirits building along Main Street in downtown Lock Haven.

Owner, Greg Packech, went from about a 1,000 square foot storefront to an almost 3,000 square foot one. Packech currently owns the store in Lock Haven and one in Williamsport.

“We utilize as much space here as we had, in total, over there (old location). We didn’t use half of our space over there,” he said.

Vape Haven’s new location comes with some new additions. Packech plans on installing a golf simulator for recreational use. The store will also have the pool table from its previous storefront. With the added space, the store can fit more shelves of vape cartridges and products than before.

“We added a section of juice shelves, so we have six more foot of that. I think we are going to have enough room for two or three more juice lines and we have a little bit more space for more product,” Packech said.

However, he was unsure what the new lines of juices will be yet. Everything else will be “pretty much the same,” according to Packech.

They will continue to sell the vape products they are known for: disposables, Elf Bars, Hydes, SMOKs, Novos, pod devices, Cali Burns, Xtras, Boxes and more.

Since COVID-19 has lightened, Packech said he plans on bringing back a sample bar. When the pandemic came, they had to take it away.

“I think we are going to set up a sampling station again where we have a good majority of juices available to try,” Packech said.

Vape Haven is only taking up half the storefront of the original Fine Wine and Spirits store. The other half of the building will be put up for rent, according to Packech. The vacant space will include utilities.

Packech will be holding a grand opening event sometime in March. He plans to sell a new vape device during that time.

“We have some of our higher end stuff… and there is a new device coming out any day now. We should have at least a few of those, and perhaps the maker of them may actually here selling them,” Packech said.

The exact date of the grand opening is to be determined.
