DUI HYNER — State police at Lamar initiated a traffic stop on a 2018 black Ram in Chapman Township on Aug. 5, at approximately 7:34 p.m., police said. Through investigation, it was determined that the operator, a 30-year-old Renovo woman, was under the influence of alcohol, police said.
