LOCK HAVEN — The Covenant Cafe, an activity group for those in the early stages of Alzheimer’s disease or other dementias, will be meeting on Tuesday, July 7, from 1 to 3 p.m., at Covenant United Methodist Church, 44 W. Main St., Lock Haven. It will be Penn State Ice Cream Day at Covenant Cafe with Dolly Madison, a.k.a Pam Blesh, dishing out the ice cream. Dolly is credited with introducing ice cream to the White House.
