LOCK HAVEN — Motorists traveling from Woodward Township into the City of Lock Haven on Aug. 12 should expect a detour. The city’s Public Works Department will be performing a routine closure of its flood gate at the Jay Street bridge next Wednesday, leading to its closure from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. that day.
