LOCK HAVEN — The following court proceedings were held before district judges:

— Ryan Michael Williams, of Lock Haven, charged with two counts of intentional possession of controlled substance by a person not registered and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

— Amber Rae Smith, of Lamar, charged with recklessly endangering another person and simple assault, waived for court.

— Zamir Alonzo Nole, of Lock Haven, stalking-repeatedly committing acts to cause fear, and harassment-follow in public place, held for court.

— Lacey Nadine McDonald, of North Bend, charged with resisting arrest/other law enforcement, withdrawn.

— Orantis M. Foster, of Mount Vernon, N.Y., charged with fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, exceeding 65 or 70 miles per hour for all vehicles by 19 miles per hour, driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked and careless driving, held for court.
