Harassment
MILL HALL — A 37-year-old Lock Haven woman was charged with harassment after she spit in the face of a Dollar General store cashier on May 11 in Bald Eagle Township, state police at Lamar said.
The incident took place at about 6:27 p.m. in the store located inside the Millbrook Plaza, police said.
Charges were filed through District Judge Heidi Wright’s office.
Two-vehicle crash
MILESBURG — No injuries were reported in a two vehicle crash at the off ramp of Interstate 80 West at North Eagle and South Eagle Valley Road, Boggs Township on May 2, said state police at Rockview.
At 3:04 p.m., Todd Collare, 60, of Hershey, was proceeding from the stop sign on the off ramp and crossed South Eagle Valley Road, attempting to turn left onto North Eagle Valley Road and failed to see a tractor trailer approaching, police said.
The front passenger side of Collare’s vehicle struck the rear driver side of the tractor trailer, driven by Joel Case, 62, of Lock Haven, police said.
Collare’s vehicle received disabling damage and Case’s sustained minor damage, police said.
Retail theft
MILL HALL — A 64-year-old Jersey Shore man was cited for retail theft/shoplifting after an incident at Walmart, 167 Hogan Boulevard, Mill Hall, state police at Lamar said.
At 6:45 p.m. on May 12, police were called to the store in Bald Eagle Township where Chris Miller allegedly paid for over $300 worth of merchandise but failed to pay for $27.82 after leaving the point of sale, police said.
Charges were filed through District Judge Heidi Wright’s office.
Criminal mischief
MILLHEIM — State police at Rockview received a report of criminal mischief that occurred near the intersection of Big Oak Lane and Long Lane, Penn Township on May 1.
Between the hours of 6 and 10:30 p.m., a 2004 Toyocar Van Container Trailer received damage valued at less than $1,000, police said.
Theft of service
MILL HALL — Charges were ultimately not filed against an individual who did not pay after eating at the Variety Buffet along Hogan Boulevard in Bald Eagle Township, state police at Lamar said.
The incident took place on May 9, with the business not choosing to press charges after the suspect was located, police said.
Criminal mischief
SPRING MILLS — State Police at Rockview received a call in regard to a criminal mischief incident on School Street, Spring Mills.
Between May 7 at 3 p.m. and May 8 at 2:22 p.m. an unknown actor scratched the victim’s 2004 Chevrolet Astro Van’s passenger side door, police said.
Anyone with information is encouraged to contact state police at Rockview at 814-355-7545. The investigation is ongoing, police said.
$12,000 theft
GROVE PARK — State police at Rockview are investigating a call related to a theft incident that occurred between April 22 and April 28, on Spicer Lane, Benner Township.
According to police, the victim, a 24-year-old Bellefonte woman, had miscellaneous items stolen, valued at $12,000.
The investigation is ongoing, police said.
